FAQ

All orders are first processed within 1-3 business days, packaged and sent out within 2-5 business days after processing time. This is due to some products being on pre-order and or custom pre-order.

Note: Your order can also arrive as soon as 1-3 business days at any given time as most products are usually fully in stock and already made!

The automated shipping delivery date is an estimate and is not 100% correct with custom pre order items.

International shipping is now offered! Please wait at least 3 weeks to ensure your items get through customs :)

Sewextraordinary LLC is not responsible for any accidental damages or delays caused by ANY delivery carriers or the customer.

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. However, if your order is faulty upon delivery, please reach out to us at admin@sewextraordinary.com with your order number and pictures of the damage within 3 business days from delivery date for further investigation and instructions on getting a replacement sent out to you at no charge :)

If this time has passed, the return expenses are the responsibility of the consumer and not Sewextraordinary LLC and there is no guarantee your items will be re-made and re-sent out as most items are of limited quantity. 

We want to assure you that each and every item we sell undergoes a thorough quality check before it is shipped out to our customers. We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure that you receive only the best.

Scrunchies/Bonnets: All are machine washable with cold water/detergent and to be dried on a low heat setting. Note: If your hair is oily, it may alter the color of your scrunchie or bonnet over time. 

Bags: All bags should be hand washed with cold or luke warm water/detergent immediately if dirty and layed out to air dry on an absorbent material like a towel or cotton t-shirt. If not the stain may not come out (makeup is made with oils that sync into fabric and stain it) Note: If you do decide to put your bag(s) in the washer, use a delicate cold washer setting with low heat dryer setting.

Booksleeves: All booksleeves are machine washable & hand washable. Air drying is not recommended. + If you do decide to put your booksleeve in the washer, use a delicate washer setting with cold water and a low heat dryer setting. 

Keychains: All keychains are machine washable on cold but wash them on a low heat setting preferably with a load of clothes. You can also handwash this product. + If you do decide to put your keychain in the washer, use a delicate washer setting with a low heat dryer setting as well.

Cups: Handwash only. If you decide to put your cup(s) in a dish washer make sure it's on a low heat setting. They're dish washer safe.

Replacements will NOT be provided if your items come out damaged after any type of washing or drying process.

All products are liable to shrink if not washed and dried on the correct cold/low heat setting!
